Job Responsibilities:

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Managing the front office and handling all the business related communications of clients.
    • Provide daily comprehensive support for sales staff, including managing the look & feel of display centre, monitoring administration work, preparing quotations, MOM’s, reports etc.
    • Capable of acquiring product knowledge and offer technical assistance to sales staff and clients
    • Engage with clients to answer questions, resolve complaints, handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads, and set up new accounts.
    • Preparation of quotation, order processing/entry as and when required
    • Prepare detailed monthly sales reports containing relevant information on agents, territories, quotas, inventories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.

    • A minimum educational requirement, including a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing, or in a related field. Auto Cad technical knowledge will be an added advantage

    Job Responsibilities:

    • 1. Appointed Person has to take complete responsibility of the IT department and its operations
    • 2. He should maintain Tally ERP9/Prime Software, trouble shooting and customization all the process and issues pertaining to the same.
    • 3. He will be responsible for Planning and Implementation of ERP software customization
    • 4. Responsible for analysing the need for improvement in IT related infrastructure, required to initiate the customization, implementation of new apps, software's, Hardware's etc.
    • 5. Responsible for interacting and coordinating with the service providers for any IT related requirements / Issues
    • 6. Responsible for maintaining the email ID’s of SIA which includes creation, deletion, standardization of signatures, etc
